Garland of 51 kg to Sarbendra Khanal in Pachrauta

Simara: Former Inspector of General Police Sarbendra Khanal, who is in the limelight after joining the CPN-UML, was welcomed by UML leaders and workers with 51 kg garlands at Pachrauta in Bara.

Khanal, who came to participate in the first session of the National Youth Association of Nepal Pacharuta City Committee and the greeting exchange program, was welcomed with a 51 kg garland. Khanal was garlanded by Pachrauta Municipality Chief Jalandhar Singh, Ward President Lakshmi Yadav and others.

Khanal, who came to Bara by road from Kathmandu to participate as the chief guest of the program, reached Pacharuta on Saturday evening due to traffic jams. Khanal, who reached the event venue late, was welcomed by locals and UML leaders.

Earlier, in the first session of the youth union, central member of CPN-UML and bara in-charge Balbir Chaudhary, city chief of Pachrauta municipality Singh, UML youth leader Purshottam Sah, Umesh Kushwaha and others addressed. Leader Chaudhary welcomed those who left various parties and entered the UML. Similarly, after the exchange of greetings, the convention concluded under the chairmanship of Sunil Kumar Yadav formed the 47-member National Youth Association Pachrauta city Committee.
