Jitpursimara Ward No. 21 started planning agreement and implementation from the ward office

Simara: Jitpursimara sub-metropolitan ward No. 21 office has started the process of agreement and implementation of ward level plans from the ward office from Thursday. According to the decision of the city executive of the sub-metropolitan city, the ward office has started to negotiate capital plans from the ward itself.

Jiwan Kumar Chhetri, Ward Secretary of Ward No. 21, has signed an agreement with the Consumer Committee on the construction work plan. Along with the plan agreement, Chhetri gave the mandate to the consumer committee from the ward office.

Earlier, it was mandatory to go to the Jitpur office of the sub-metropolitan city for the agreement of the ward-level plan. For the convenience of the citizens, the executive committee of the sub-metropolitan city had decided to enter into an agreement with the ward office for a capital plan below 20 lakhs.

According to the decision of the Executive, the chief administrative officer of the office, Chet Kumar Pokharel, delegated the authority to the ward secretary.

Out of the 24 wards of the sub-metropolitan city, Ward No. 21 is the first ward office to implement the decision to have a planning agreement from the ward. Ward president Subhash Shrestha said that with the agreement of the first plan, the ward level plan will be implemented by agreement.

During the planning agreement, Jitpursimara sub-metropolitan City Chief Rajan Paudel, Chief administrative officer Pokharel, Jitpursimara 22 ward president Shekhar Kazi Rumba, head of planning and budget division Balaram Khadka and other ward representatives were present.
