Sandeep Lamichhane flew to Pakistan

Simara: Subas Jaiswal of Bara (Kalaiya) flew to Pakistan on Monday along with Sandeep Lamichhane, a member of the Nepali national cricket team.

As assistant manager of the Nepali national team, Subas flew to Multan, Pakistan with cricketer Sandeep. Sandeep and Subas left for Multan via Doha by Qatar Airways.

Sandeep was not able to go to Pakistan to play in the Asia Cup with the national team due to the case pending in the Supreme Court. The Nepal Cricket Association sent Sandeep to Pakistan after the hearing of his case was postponed.

Sandeep and Subas were bid farewell by National Sports Council Member Secretary Tankla Ghising at Tribhuvan International Airport. In the Asia Cup, Nepal will play against Pakistan on Bhadra 13.

Subas, who went to Pakistan with Sandeep, is the treasurer of Nepal Cricket Association Madhes Pradesh and is also affiliated with Bara.
