Three-year-old Ansh Chaudhary found dead.

Simara: A three-year-old child, Ansh Chaudhary, who had been missing since Magh 17 from Jeetpur, Bara, was found dead on Saturday afternoon.
The child’s body was found in the Kiya Soti river, located between Ward No. 7 of Jeetpursimara Municipality and Ward No. 32 of Birgunj Metropolitan City, along the Teda Road.
The police team and sanitation workers had been draining the water from the river and clearing the waste since the morning. During the search, the child was found dead, lying face down.
The time and cause of the child’s death remain unclear. The police team has sent the child’s body to Kalaiya Hospital for post-mortem. Deputy Superintendent of Police Subhadra Lama Waibaa from the Simara Area Police Office has stated that the cause of the child’s death will be revealed through the post-mortem report.
The child, who went missing 10 days ago, was seen in CCTV footage walking around the same area. As many days passed without any sign of the child, the police began a search, suspecting that the child may have drowned in the river.
Previously, the police had brought trained dogs from the Disaster Management office in Birgunj to assist in the search for the child in that area.
