Madhav Nepal: No Role in Corruption

Simara: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Party, Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said that he is shocked by the case filed against him.
While returning to Kathmandu from Simara, leader Nepal gave a brief response to journalist at Simara Airport, saying that he was shocked.
Leader Nepal said that he had not committed any corrupt act. He claimed that he had not even instructed any minister to do such an act.
According to him, the attempt to link him to the case is nothing more than prejudice.
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case against 93 people, including former Prime Minister Nepal, in the Patanjali land case.
