Dr. Mahabir Pun sells his autobiography in Birgunj
Birgunj: Dr. Mahabir Pun sold his autobiography in Birgunj on Monday morning. After being elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Myagdi district, Pun visited Birgunj for the first time and started his book promotion and sales campaign from morning.
He sold books from 8 am to 11 am at the main chowk of Birgunj, Ghantaghar, and Ramjanaki Tivari’s Salik premises. The local residents showed significant presence to support Pun, who took to the streets with his autobiography.
During the book sale, he humbly requested the citizens to buy his book and support his campaign, saying that he had come with his book. After selling books at Ghantaghar, he also planned to visit the agricultural tools factory to sell books. According to Dr. Pun, the entire amount collected from the book sale will be spent on reopening the closed agricultural tools factory.
He proudly shared that through this campaign, he has been able to provide employment to around 50 people so far. With the long-term goal of increasing domestic production and creating job opportunities for Nepali youth, Dr. Pun has been involved in such campaigns.
His work has not only spread a positive message at the local level but also increased citizens’ interest in entrepreneurship.
