Bara Wins Two Gold Medals in Shotput
Simara: Bara district has won two gold medals in the shotput competition at the Madhesh Province-level President Running Shield selection tournament. Bara’s players won in both the boys’ and girls’ events.
In the boys’ competition, Nishan Pariyar from Jeetpursimara Bara, performed excellently to win the gold medal. Akash Paswan from Dhanusha took second place and Aditya Chaudhary from Sarlahi took the third place.
In the girls’ competition, Arunima Ghimire from Nijgadh Bara, won the gold medal by securing the first position. Gyalmamaya Thoker from Sarlahi took second place, while Maya Ale from Mahottari took third.
