Kantipur Vet Distributor Donates Over Rs 2.77 Million to PM’s Disaster Relief Fund

SIMARA: Kantipur Vet Distributor Pvt. Ltd. an enterprise in Nepal’s veterinary sector, has contributed NPR 2,777,777 to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund. The company extended its financial support to assist rescue, relief, and rehabilitation operations following the flood that hit Rasuwa and surrounding regions.
Expressing sorrow over the severe loss of life and property caused by the flood, the company handed over the donation as part of its corporate social responsibility. Suna Subedi, Executive Chairperson of Kantipur Vet Group, stated that the financial aid aims to help affected citizens rebuild their lives during this difficult period.
The company has been actively involved in disaster relief efforts since the disaster struck. Fulfilling its earlier commitments, Kantipur Vet has already distributed veterinary medicines worth millions of rupees free of charge in flood-hit areas through the Nepal Veterinary Association and other local bodies.
Kantipur Vet reiterated its commitment to continuously support rescue, relief, and rehabilitation initiatives for both affected communities and livestock in the days ahead.
