Regmi Bandhu Samaj formed state and district committees
Simara: The Madhesh Pradesh Gathering and Meeting Program of the Kaushik Gotriya Regmi Society has concluded in Simara. The meeting organized by Kaushik Gotriya Regmi Samaj Madhesh Pradesh has formed Madhesh Pradesh and Bara District Committees.
The meeting formed the Madhesh Pradesh Committee under the chairmanship of Shiva Regmi. The committee has Ramesh Regmi as secretary, Binita Regmi as treasurer, Binod Regmi, Deepak Regmi, Rambabu Regmi and Barsha Regmi as members.
Similarly, the meeting has formed a district committee under the chairmanship of Nawaraj Regmi. Shri Ram Regmi has been elected as secretary of the committee, Sudip Regmi as treasurer, Govind Regmi, Narayan Regmi, Dhruv Regmi, Laxman Regmi and Sandhya Regmi as members.
The committee was selected at a meeting hosted by Madhav Prasad Regmi, chairman of the Public Service Commission and advisor of the Kaushik Gotriya Regmi Society. Addressing the gathering, the chief guest Regmi said that the Regmi community was needed to unite the Regmi brothers of Kaushik Gotriya scattered all over the country.
Bishnu Prasad Regmi and Dr. Sudarshan Regmi of Regmi Samaj also spoke on the occasion. The meeting was chaired by senior Regmi brother Phatik Prasad Regmi, facilitated by Shri Ram Regmi and welcomed by Shiva Regmi.
