UML to hold public meeting in Simara
Simara: Aiming at the local level election, the CPN-UML is going to hold a public meeting in Simara on Baishakh 27. A meeting held in Simara on Wednesday organized by the Jeetpursimara Election Mobilization Committee has decided to hold a public meeting.
Manoj Poudel, coordinator of the mobilization committee, informed that the central leader will address the public meeting to be organized with the objective of demonstrating power. Poudel said that a public meeting is being held to ensure the victory of UML in Jeetpursimara sub-metropolis.
Earlier, UML politburo member and former minister Purushottam Poudel, Jwalakumari Sah, Madhes state secretary Dr. Leaders including Krishna Poudel addressed the gathering. Addressing the meeting, former minister Poudel said that it was necessary to end the conspiracy against UML and win the UML candidate again in the sub-metropolitan constituency.
Stating that an attempt is being made to confuse the city dwellers, former minister Poudel has urged the city dwellers not to be confused. In the meeting, former minister Sah said that effective campaigns should be conducted at tole, ward, village and city level to ensure victory of UML candidate.
The meeting has decided to hold tole meeting in all wards before the public meeting. The meeting was attended by UML state committee members, district committee officials, mobilization committee members and UML leaders and activists.
