After being invited to bat first, Karnali struggled to find their rhythm, posting just 55 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 17 overs.

Karnali’s opener Sunil Dhamala scored 28 runs off 31 balls, hitting 3 fours and 1 six. The other opener, Ravindra Shahi, was dismissed for a duck in the first over. Hemant Dhami of Sudurpaschim provided an early breakthrough, taking a wicket in the opening over and giving his team a strong start.

Following Dhamala’s dismissal off Narayan Joshi’s delivery, Karnali came under further pressure. Arvind Gharti scored 13 runs off 43 balls but failed to accelerate the innings and was eventually dismissed by Ashok Dhami. After losing 3 wickets for 55 runs, Karnali’s batting lineup remains under pressure.
