Prices of petrol, diesel and kerosene increased

Simara: Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene. The corporation has increased the price with effect from 12 midnight on Tuesday.

The corporation has increased petrol by five per liter and diesel/kerosene by Rs. 14 per liter.

Along with this, the price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 175.5 per liter in the first category, Rs 177 per liter in the second category and Rs 178 per liter in the third category. Similarly, the price of diesel and kerosene is Rs 164.5 per liter for the first class, Rs 166 for the second class and Rs 167 for the third class.

The first category includes Amlekhgunj, Birgunj, Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Bhalwari, Nepalgunj and Dhangadhi areas. Similarly, the second category includes Surkhet and Dang regions, while the third category includes Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal regions.

The corporation had previously increased petrol by 9 rupees, diesel and kerosene by 7 rupees each on Shrawan 16.
