One arrested for stealing a transformer
Simara: Bara police has arrested one person on the charge of stealing a transformer. The police arrested 22-year-old Jaisilal Yadav, resident of Vindhwa Soni, Motihari, India.
Police spokesman Dadhiram Neupane informed that Yadav was arrested on charges of theft of transformers installed by the Nepal Electricity Authority in Srinagar Bairiya located in Simraungadh Municipality 3 and Beldari located in Pachrauta Municipality 5. According to Neupane, the transformer was found hidden in the Tiyar Khola located in Pacharuta Municipality-5 during the search after the authorities informed about the theft of the transformer. Neupane informed that Yadav was taken into custody along with eight quails.
