14-Year-Old Boy Dies After Electric Shock in Rautahat
Rautahat: A 14-year-old boy, Narendra Patel, from Sonarniya-8, Maulapur, died on Tuesday after being electrocuted.
According to the Rautahat District Police Office, Patel was injured while using an electric motor to draw water for paddy planting in his own field.
Injured Patel was taken to Shanti Polyclinic in Maulapur, but he died during treatment, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Deepak Kumar Rai.
The police have stated that further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
