Bara’s CDO Basanta Adhikari Transferred to Siraha
Simara: The Chief District Officer of Bara, Basant Adhikari, has been transferred. The Ministry of Home Affairs, while rearranging the responsibilities of CDOs in 26 districts, has transferred Adhikari to Siraha.
Prakash Poudel is set to replace Adhikari. Poudel is currently the Chief District Officer of Chitwan.
Similarly, the Chief District Officer of Parsa, Ganesh Aryal, has been transferred to the Ministry of Home Affairs. Aryal has been replaced by Toyanarayan Suvedi, who is currently the Chief District Officer of Palpa.
