Jagdamba  Jeetpursimara Gold Cup: Sankata and Bagmati clash

Simara: Former winners Sankata Club and Bagmati Youth Club are playing in the final quarterfinal match of the Jagdamba 12th Jeetpur Simara Gold Cup on Tuesday. The match between the two teams will start at 5:30 pm at Simara Stadium.

Last year’s winner Sankata had entered the last eight of the competition. Bagmati defeated BFC Chitan 2-1 in the first match to enter the quarterfinals.

Earlier, Nawa Janajagriti Youth Club entered the semifinals by defeating Sudurpaschim 11 in a match played on Monday. Sunil Khadka scored the decisive goal in the victory of Janajagriti.

The winner of the ongoing competition organized by Nawa Janajagriti Youth Club will get Rs.10 Lakhs and the runner-up will get Rs.5 Lakhs. The competition will be conducted till Chaitra 19.
