Simara-Pokhara flight started

Simara: Simara-Pokhara flight has started after a long effort. The flight was formally launched with the arrival of Simara aircraft from Pokhara with the team of Gandaki Tourism Minister Manibhadra Sharma.Minister Sharma had arrived in Simara on a Buddha Air flight. The flight has been launched under the slogan “Air Connectivity for Sustainable Tourism”. Minister Sharma said that he was hopeful that the direct flight between Simara and Pokhara would benefit both the regions.

Minister for Forest and Tourism of State 2 Ram Naresh Yadav, Mayor of Jeetpur Simra Sub-Metropolis Dr. Krishna Poudel, former lawmaker Sobhakar Parajuli, chairman of NATA State 2 Mohan Sharma Lamichhane and others had reached Simara Airport.

The team includes NATA NATA Central Chairman Achyut Guragai, Gandaki Pradesh Coordinator Hariram Adhikari, Pokhara Tourism Council Chairman Gopi Bhattarai, former NATA Gandaki Pradesh Chairman Omprakash Pandey and Civil Aviation Office Pokhara Chief Bikram Gautam.

Buddha Air will operate Simara-Pokhara twice a year on Sunday and Wednesday. Although it can be added as per the need, Buddha Air chief Suresh Regmi said that it will fly twice immediately.
