Shubhatara and Modern High School Win Bara PABSON Inter-School Football Titles

Simara: Shubhatara English Boarding School located in Jeetpursimara and Modern High School in Parwanipur have won the titles of the Bara PABSON Inter-School Football Tournament.
Shubhatara clinched the senior category title, while Modern High School emerged champions in the junior category.

In the senior final match held at Simara Stadium on Friday, Shubhatara won the title by defeating Progress Academy 3-0. Pragyan Poudel scored two goals, and Trishan Khadka scored one goal for Shubhatara.
Rahul Chaudhary of Shubhatara was declared the player of the match in the final. Rohan Bharti of Progress Academy received the award for the best player of the tournament. Pragyan Poudel of Shubhatara, who scored three goals, was declared the top scorer. Sijan Tiwari of Shubhatara received the award for the best goalkeeper.

Similarly, in the junior final match, Modern High School won the title by defeating Rose Academy 1-0. Sagar Sahani scored the decisive goal for Modern High School and was declared the player of the match.
Nigam Lama of Rose Academy was declared the best player of the junior tournament. Rojan Syangbo of Rose Academy, who scored two goals, was declared the top scorer. Manish Yadav of Modern High School received the award for the best goalkeeper.

The players of the winning and runner-up teams were awarded prizes by PABSON Central Vice President Deepak Regmi, Madhes Province Football Association Treasurer Shambhu Singh Thakuri, PABSON Bara President Raju Karki, Shankar Thapa, Shambhu Mandal, Dilip Dahal, Netra Dahal, Purnachandra Timilsina, Som Bahadur Lama, and Rishiraj Luitel, among others.

The tournament, which started on Poush 7, was organized by PABSON Bara with the technical support of Nawa Janjagriti Youth Club and featured the participation of nine schools in the senior category and eight schools in the junior category.
