Two-Year-Old Girl Found Dead in Saptari, One Arrested
Simara: A two-year-old girl, who went missing from her home in Saptari district, was found dead on Sunday morning.
The victim has been identified as Khushi Khatun, the daughter of Mohammad Irfan from Shambhunath Municipality 3.
According to Saptari Police Chief SP Rupak Khadka, the child suddenly disappeared from her house, and her body was discovered in a bush behind the house about two hours later.
Police suspect it is a case of murder and have already taken one person into custody for questioning. The District Police Office stated that further details will be released after the investigation is completed.
