NASA to Host 35th Annual Conference and General Meeting in Texas

America (Texas): The Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASA) is going to hold its conference and 35th annual general meeting on September 5. The event will take place at the Bhetghat Restaurant Bar and Banquet in Irving.

Several organizations have joined as co-organizers, including Help for Desperate and Needy People International, the Federation of International Nepalese Youth Entrepreneurs (USA), and Development for Peace International. According to the organizers, the conference aims to bring community leaders, professionals, business owners, youth, and members together under one roof to strengthen the Nepali language, culture, traditions, and community unity. The 35th convention is expected to shape NASA’s future direction, strengthen the organization, and expand cooperation among the Nepali community in the Southeast region.

Beyond formal meetings, the conference will highlight Nepali art, culture, and entertainment. The program will feature presentations by the International Nepali Literary Society along with various musical and cultural performances. Organizers expect the event to provide a great opportunity for participants to meet, share experiences, and build social networks.

Sabindra Thapa shared that online registration is available for the event. NASA has warmly invited community members, social activists, youth, business owners, professionals, and supporters from different U.S. states to actively participate. Focusing on shared identity, unity, and institutional growth, this convention is expected to send a strong message of unity for the Nepali community in Texas.
