Jeetpursimara Gold Cup: APF in semi-finals

Simara: Divisional team Nepal APF Club has entered the semi-finals of the 14th Simara Gold Cup. APF entered the last four after defeating Friends Club 2-0 in the quarterfinal match at Simara Stadium on Friday morning.

Buddhiman Rai scored one goal in APF’s victory and Anant Tamang scored another goal. The game, which was postponed in the 58th minute on Thursday night due to the wind, was played in the morning.

In the 73rd minute of the game, which was played from the postponed time, Buddhiman Rai gave APF the lead. Rai made good use of Anish Maharjan’s cross ball and scored a beautiful goal.

After that, APF doubled the lead by scoring another goal. In the 75th minute of the match, Anant tried to clear Pradeep Tamang’s cross ball, and the goal was scored.

Buddhiman Rai was declared Man of the match. He won the player of the match award of Rs 10,000 sponsored by Shubharambha College.
