Simara Women’s Cooperative handed over 100 Baby Blankets to City Hospital

Simara: Simara Women’s Savings and Credit Cooperative Society has handed over 100 baby blankets for newborns. The organization has handed over blankets to Jeetpursimara City Hospital.

The officials of the organization handed over the blanket to Dr. Prakash Sah, the medical superintendent of the hospital, during a program. The blanket handed over by the organization will be distributed to newborns born in city hospitals.

In the same program, a blanket was draped over a newborn baby born at the city hospital, eggs and Horlicks were distributed to the postpartum women.

The program, held under the chairmanship of the organization’s president Muna Kharel, was attended by founder president Anita Lamsal Adhikari and others. Secretary Gita Sharma facilitated the program.

The Simara Women’s Cooperative has been handing over blankets to the hospital every year.
