Pedestrian Killed in Bus Accident in Sarlahi
Sarlahi: A man died on Thursday morning after being hit by a passenger bus in Sarlahi. The accident happened at Kadariya Chowk in Harivan Municipality 11. Police said the man died instantly at the accident spot.
The bus was traveling from Gaighat, Udayapur, to Kathmandu. It hit the man while he was walking on the road. The police have not identified the victim yet.
The Karmaiya Area Police Office has taken the bus and the driver into custody. They are now investigating the accident. Saroj Rai, a spokesperson for the Sarlahi District Police, confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
