Texas (America): The DFW Shree Krishna Pranami Hindu Society of Texas is organizing the “Shree Krishna Prakatya Mahotsav 2026” on Saturday, September 5. The organizers announced that this year’s festival will be celebrated with devotion and cultural joy, and it is dedicated to the citizens affected by the recent devastating floods, landslides, and natural disasters in Nepal.

Expressing deep sorrow and condolences for the tragic loss of lives and property in Nepal, the society has planned a collective prayer to Lord Krishna. The prayers will be offered for the peace of the departed souls, the safe rescue of the missing, the quick recovery of the injured, and strength for the affected families.

The event will take place at the DFW Shree Krishna Pranami Temple from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. It will feature special worship, Abhishek, and a midnight Shree Krishna Prakatya Maha Aarti, alongside special prayers for the peace, safety, rescue, and swift rehabilitation of the brothers and sisters affected by the floods and landslides in Nepal.
