UML’s door to door in Jeetpursimara 2, candidate excited
Simara: CPN-UML’s door-to-door campaign has been completed in Jeetpursimara Sub-metropolis-2. The door-to-door campaign has been completed in Railway Line, Musarnimai, Krishna Mandir, Shantinagar, Hariyali, Prabhat, Phulwari, Chhathimai and Janaki Tola.
UML had started door-to-door campaign in the ward on baishakh 17 with its plan and manifesto. In Jeetpursimara Sub-metropolitan 2, UML has fielded Dhan Bahadur Shrestha as its chairperson, Miradevi Dhakal as its female member, Laxmi Bishwakarma as its Dalit female member, Uddhav Gautam and Vishal Ghimire as its members.
Ward Committee Chairman Rabindra Khakurel informed that the door-to-door campaign was launched by holding a tole meeting in the ward after the nomination registration of the candidates. Khakurel said that the candidates and themselves are excited as they have received positive response from the voters at their doorsteps.
UML, Nepali Congress, CPN-Maoist Center, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party and RPP have fielded candidates for the leadership of the ward which has 5,151 voters.
