Simara: A team of top leaders and ministers, including Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuwa, are scheduled to arrive in Bara on Saturday to inspect the proposed site for the construction of Nijgadh International Airport. As soon as the full text of the Supreme Court opened the way for the construction of the airport, a team including Prime Minister Deuwa started coming to Nijgadh.
Earlier, the construction of the airport, which was in a dilemma after the Supreme Court overturned the entire decision of the government, was opened by the full text a month later. The full text mentions that the construction of the airport can be done by fulfilling the environmental standards without restricting any place, paving the way for the continuation of the construction work of the airport in Nijgadh.
It is understood that former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Chairman of the CPN-Maoist Center and Chairman of the Ekikrit Samajwadi Madhav Kumar Nepal, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Jeevan Ram Shrestha and Minister for Forests and Environment Ram Sahay Yadav will also accompany Deuwa.
