Simara: Satya Prakash Shrestha from Bara has been elected as the president of Madhes Province Committee of Nepal Press Union. The first session held in Kalaiya on Saturday unanimously elected a 25-member committee under the chairmanship of Shrestha.
Dhirendra Prasad Sah of Dhanusha as the vice president of the committee., Som Dayali as Inclusive Vice President, Ramita Nepal as Women Vice President, Ajay Kumar Sah as General Secretary, Santosh Pandey as Secretary, Pustika KC and Manoj Majhi, Udayadas Tharu of Parsa as Treasurer have been elected.
Similarly, the members of the committee are Giriraj Oli, Srija Thapa, Shrawan Sah, Dhirendra Shrestha, Vijay Kumar Sah, Sanjib Kumar Sah, Ajay Kumar Sah, Utimlal Kapri, Bablu Chaudhary, Shailendra Singh, Naveen Chaudhary, Mukesh Jha, Rakesh Gupta, Lakshmi Chaudhary, Haris Khuddhar, Pawan Mishra. , Dipesh Mallik and Naresh Chaudhary have been selected.
The convention has elected an audit committee headed by Ranjan Kharel with Rahul Gupta and Priyanka Das as members. The committee was selected in the presence of union central president Shiv Lamsal, vice president Anil Kumar Karna, general secretary Dilip Paudel, treasurer Madhav Dhital and central representative Ramesh Wagle.
