Three people were arrested with marijuana, which was sent as a parcel from America
Simara: The police have arrested three youths with one kilo of marijuana which was sent as a parcel from America. A joint team of Narcotics Bureau Birgunj and Bara police arrested three people from Motibag in Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City 1.
Bara Police Spokesperson Dadhiram Neupane informed that the team arrived on the basis of information that drugs had arrived from abroad and arrested 22-year-old Naimodin Miyan of Birgunj Metropolitan City 1 Siswawari, 27-year-old Jeetendra Sah Sonar of Chhapkaiya and 22-year-old Krishna Sarraf. According to Neupane, one kilo and 146 grams of marijuana was recovered from them. Neupane informed that marijuana was recovered from inside the tin box sent as a parcel from America. The police did not reveal the details of where the marijuana came from in America. Spokesman Neupane has informed that investigation is being conducted regarding the seized marijuana.
