Blood donation program by NEAJA on the occasion of Foundation Day

America: The Nepal American Journalists Association (NEAJA) has organized a blood donation program on the occasion of the Foundation Day. 36 people have donated blood in a program held at the temple complex of Pashupatinath, a Nepali cultural and spiritual center in Euless, Texas.

Established in 2007, NEAZA organized the program in collaboration with Blood Donors of America and with the technical support of Carter Blood Care Center.

In the program presided over by Suraj Bhandari, President of NEAJA, Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Texas Chapter President Dipendra Guragain, Youth Coordinator Aakash Adhikari, Nepali Cultural and Spiritual Center Board of Trustees President Ramesh Pokharel, Blood Donors of America Texas President Ajay Bagale, former NRNA Texas Chapter Treasurer Dilip Kumar Basnet and others were present.

The participants of the program praised the social work done by NEAJA. On the occasion of the Foundation Day, President Bhandari informed that a tree planting and virtual greeting exchange program is going to be held at Jefferson Park in Irving. The blood donation program was facilitated by Baburam Dahal, the general secretary of NEAJA.
