Corporation’s request not to sell fuel in bottles and jerkins
Simara: Nepal Oil Corporation has requested sellers not to sell petroleum products openly. The corporation issued a statement on Wednesday and asked the sellers not to sell fuel in bottles or jerkins except in vehicles.
It is advised not to openly sell and distribute highly flammable petroleum products in containers such as bottles, jars, etc., unsafe transportation and storage in houses and shops, as it is a sensitive matter that can cause fire and human and physical damage, except for directly filling vehicles from petrol pumps. It is mentioned in the statement issued by the corporation.
The Corporation through a press release said that if they are found to be openly selling and distributing petroleum products in defiance of security sensitivities, such sellers will be punished.
