Lighting of lamps on the occasion of International Migrants Day
Simara: On the occasion of International Migrants Day, Migrant Rights Network Bara lit a lamp in Simara on Wednesday evening. Network lit the lamp with the memory of those who lost their lives during the migration.
In Nepal this year, the International Migrants Day is celebrated with the slogan ‘Basis of Safe Migration, Employment with Information and Skills’.
The main objective of the day is to raise awareness about the challenges and opportunities of immigration.
