If the name is not in the final list, the head of the concerned office can send the name from Asoj 8th to Asoj 26th. The preliminary list will be published in the District Election Office on Kartik 1 after accepting the names that came for the provisional list.
If there is an error or omission in the name published in the preliminary list, it can be corrected or added from the 2nd to the 3rd of Kartik. After that work, the revised temporary voter list will be published on kartik 4.
There will be a time to protest against the names included in the revised list from Kartik 5th to Kartik 6th. Regarding the names against which claims have been submitted, the examination will be conducted from 7th of kartik to 11th of kartik and the final provisional voter list will be published on 14th of kartik.
