UML Jitpursimara city Committee’s greeting exchange program completed
Simara: Greeting exchange program was completed on Saturday organized by CPN-UML Jitpursimara city committee. On the occasion of Bada Dasain, Nepal Samvat, Tihar and Chhath festivals, the city committee has organized a program in Bakuliya.
UML Politburo members along with central, state and district leaders addressed the program. Addressing the greeting exchange program, UML Politburo member Purushottam Poudel said that there is no doubt that UML will become a big party in the election on Mansir 4.
Leader Paudel said that the development that took place during the UML government and the power manipulation that is taking place during the current coalition government is in front of the people and said that the people will now decide for themselves. Leader Paudel said that the purpose of the ruling coalition is nothing more than to maintain power and stay in power.
In the event, UML’s Politburo member Jwalakumari Sah claimed that the development of the country cannot accelerate until the government is formed under the leadership of party president KP Sharma Oli. Similarly, UML central member Saraswati Devi Chaudhary urged the leaders and workers to join the campaign to win UML with selfless spirit. Chaudhary said that the trend of defeating one’s own candidate due to non-cooperation should be stopped.
In the program, outgoing state MP and recently returned UML leader Sundar Bika said that he had made a mistake in politics and he returned to the party after correcting that mistake and contributing for a long time. The United Socialist Party led by Madhav Kumar Nepal is active only as a sister organization of the Congress, according to leader Bika.
UML state committee member Devnarayan Chaudhary, outgoing state MP Sita Gurung, UML secretariat member Manoj Paudel, Tara Karki, district committee member Kasim Hussain and others addressed the program.
Secretary Ratna Upreti facilitated the program under the chairmanship of Bhola Prasad Adhikari, Chairman of City Committee and City Deputy Chief of Jitpursimara Sub-Metropolitan City. Deputy Secretary Trilok Vikram Shah delivered the welcome speech at the event.
Officials and members of UML’s state, district, city and ward committees, representatives of popular organizations, and UML workers were present in the program.
