Public holiday in Madhes provience on Sunday
Simara: Madhes Provience government has declared public holiday on Sunday. The provincial government has given a holiday on the occasion of the birthday of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad, the founder of Islam.
In the gazette published by the state government on 18th Chaitra 2078, it is mentioned that the Prophet Mohammad’s birthday will be celebrated. As the date was not fixed, it was decided to announce the public holiday in the gazette.
According to the same decision, the state government issued a notification and declared a public holiday. Najo Ram Bhagat, Information Officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Communications, issued the notice.
