Ward President of Jeetpursimara-3 Karki found guilty
Simara: Tara Bahadur Karki, Ward President of Jeetpursimara Sub-Metropolitan City 3, who is under suspension for taking money from a customer, has been found guilty by a special court. The bench of Justice Teknarayan Kunwar and Tejnarayan Singh Rai convicted Karki.
The authority’s team arrested Karki from Jeetpur on Poush 2 with five lakhs cash. The authority decided that Karki was guilty and filed a case in the special court on Magh 20.
Karki filed an appeal on 3rd of Falgun saying that he was not satisfied with the decision of the authority. The special court gave a verdict on the appeal given by Karki and the case filed by the authority. The court upheld the decision of the authority and found Karki guilty.
Karki, who was found guilty, can appeal against the decision to the Supreme Court.
