Truck Collision in Simara Kills One, Another Injures
Simara: In Simara, one person died on Sunday due to a truck collision. Another person was injured in the accident.
On the Pathlaiya-Birgunj commercial road, a truck with the number NA 6 Kha 2895 collided with a motorcycle with the number NA 40 Pa 4195. The collision resulted death of 30-year-old Udit Narayan Jha from Jeetpursimara Municipality-1.
Jha, who was seriously injured in the accident, was taken to LS Neuro Hospital for treatment, but the doctors declared him dead. Another injured person, 18-year-old Utpal Acharya from Jeetpursimara Municipality-2, is undergoing treatment at LS Neuro Hospital. His condition is critical.
The truck, which had emerged from the service lane onto the main lane and was driving in the opposite direction, collided with a motorcycle traveling from Simara to Pathlaiya. The police have taken the truck and its driver, Sandeep Bhujel from Dhading Gajuri, into custody.
