Three People from Bara Die in Bailey Bridge Collapse
Simara: Three people from Jeetpursimara Sub-metropolitan City in Bara have died after an under-construction Bailey bridge collapsed.
Three people have died and three others have been injured after an under-construction Bailey bridge collapsed at the Hewa River in Panchthar, under the Mechi Highway.
The deceased have been identified as 22-year-old Rupalal Chaudhary, 22-year-old Rakesh Chaudhary, and 27-year-old Rajan Chaudhary, all from Jeetpursimara-12. They died during treatment.
Similarly, 25-year-old Bhuleshwar Chaudhary, 35-year-old Prakash Chaudhary, and 30-year-old Abhishek Chaudhary from Fattepur were injured in the incident. The injured are undergoing treatment at Nobel Hospital in Biratnagar. It has been reported that the condition of two of the injured is serious.
All the deceased and injured were working as laborers on the under-construction Bailey bridge.
