Free health check-up of 400 people in the camp organized by Ghantimai SACOOS

Simara: Ghantimai Savings and Credit Cooperative Society has organized a free health camp. Four hundred people underwent health check-up in the camp organized in the building of the institution located in Jeetpursimara sub-metropolitan city 4 Auraha.

In the camp held in technical collaboration with Terai Modern Health Care Hospital in Simara, the health of citizens with problems related to joints, general, gynecology, skin and teeth was examined. Asmita Sharma, information officer of the organization, said that the camp was organized to facilitate health services under social responsibility and about 400 people took the services.

According to Sharma, 134 orthopedic patients, 129 general patients, 72 gynecological patients, 27 dental patients and 28 skin patients were examined. In the camp, doctors like Dr. Ravindra Singh, Dr. Arbind Jha, Dr. Sunita Yadav, Dr. Prashant Thakur, Dr. Prakash Paudel conducted a health examination.

The camp was inaugurated by Rajan Paudel, the city chief of Jeetpursimara sub-metropolitan city under the chairmanship of the president of the organization, Kopila Simkhada. Officials, members and employees of the organization were present at the opening ceremony of the camp.
