Service of Nepal Telecom will be affected for some time
Simara: Nepal Telecom’s balance recharge, package purchase services will be affected for some time. Nepal Telecom has informed that there may be problems in the services as it is testing the billing system upgrade.
According to the notice issued by Telecom on Tuesday, the billing system upgrade test will be conducted from 11:00 PM on Asadh 25th to 6:00 AM on Asadh 26th. It has been mentioned that balance recharge, package purchase and inquiry services may be affected during that period. According to Telecom, there will be no impact on services such as mobile voice, data, SMS and FTTH voice, data, IPTV etc.
Therefore, Telecom has requested its customers to purchase the required balance recharge and package before that time. Last time, due to the billing system, the telecom service was interrupted for 15 minutes on 10th Asadh.
